Student Loans

It's getting close to the new year, whereupon my student loan payments will become due. Even before graduation, I received the first portents of such doom in the mail, and a few additional pieces of information have reached me as well. This week, I received yet more mail, both from the federal and provincial levels. With a heavy heart I opened them.. to discover that I've qualified for a bursary under the Millenium Bursary Program and that roughly half of my student loan has been repaid.

I'm stunned, and so very, very happy. I'm still far from being in the black, but that bursary is going to make a huge difference for me.
