I'm practicing some new techniques for one of my classes, namely making a photo look like a painting. I didn't have the tutorial with me so I threw together some filters and effects to see what I could come up with. The initial attempt below was overkill in some areas, so I tweaked it a bit to get what is above. I'll likely be posting at least one or two more similar images as I work through the techniques.
